In this section, you'll choose your commission rates.  Your choices impact various perks for you AND your customers! 

You can also select a commission offset - where you can reduce all or part of your chosen commissions!

Marketplace commission is the base percentage you pay EatStreet on each order.  The amount only applies to order subtotals.  If you do not offer pick up orders, choose 0.00%.

Delivery commission is the total percentage you pay EatStreet for delivery orders and includes your selected marketplace commission.  If you do not offer delivery or provide your own delivery, choose 0.00%.

Think of menu markup like the convenience store pricing model - where you pay a bit more for immediate convenience. Customers expect online ordering fees, prefer pricing that feels transparent, and are more likely to complete an order when they feel a sense of straightforward pricing. A menu markup approach allows you to seamlessly integrate service costs into your pricing.

You could pay NO commission. Choosing a menu markup directly impacts your commission rates!

Enter your restaurant ordering hours below. EatStreet will send orders within the times you choose. It is good practice to turn off online ordering 15-30 minutes prior to actual restaurant closure, to allow time for preparation and driver / customer arrival.

 The following methods are available for you to receive orders. You may choose more than one!

EatStreet Integrations connects your point of sale menu directly to your EatStreet menu. Plus, it can connect your other delivery service partners too! For a low fee - likely less than you pay for one - manage ALL of your third party services on the EatStreet Integrations dashboard.

Here are a variety of marketing products that can help you drive orders!  Digital coupons are great for promotions, while sponsoring free delivery is a key to visibility and more orders.  Who likes cashback?  Your customers, that's who!

1. Enter the dollar amount customers need to spend to earn the first reward.
2. Choose the type of reward you would like to give them.
3. Choose the reward value of that reward

These are the three standard reward tiers of the EatStreet Loyalty Program.

Set your discount, dates, and usage rules, then we’ll create your coupon. Choose a unique and memorable code like “JOSESTACOS10” or “SAVE25ATJENSDINER” and share it publicly or with select customers to boost sales and reward loyalty.

Covering delivery costs removes a major barrier, encouraging customers to complete more orders—even smaller ones. Free delivery sets your restaurant apart, attracts price-sensitive customers, and boosts order size and frequency.

Create a custom website URL for your EatStreet menu—like orderfrommyrestaurant.com. A unique address makes it easier to share, helps customers find you, and gives your restaurant a professional, branded online presence. You can suggest multiple names to find the perfect fit.

The "Order Now" button is a simple code snippet that you can easily embed into your existing website. This button links directly to your online menu. It provides instant access to ordering for your customers.
